Reports reaching has it that APC is leading in the north despite the widespread popularity of Alhaji Rabiu Musa Kwakwanso of the NNPP. Closely following is the People’s Democratic Party candidate, Atiku Abubakar and thereafter, Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
In the South-South and South-East Region, Peter Obi of the Labour Party is dominating almost 80% of the polling results leaving crumbs for other parties to feast on. He was the underdog of the 2024 Presidential Elections according to APC party officials.
Social media reports portrays that the Independent National Electoral Commission has been accused of rigging election results in the North and some south western states to override the popularity of the labour party in the south-south and south-east regions.
